Cancellation Policy

At MS Furniture Gallery (est. 2016), we understand that plans change. Since our products range from ready-made catalogue sets to custom-crafted premium Teak Wood units, our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Standard Catalog Orders
For standard, non-customized catalog furniture items (e.g. standard sofas, dining tables, cushions, curtains):
- You may cancel your order at any time **before dispatch** from our Rajampet warehouse without incurring any cancellation fees.
- To initiate a cancellation, please message our WhatsApp support line immediately with your order reference or invoice details.
2. Custom-Crafted or Bespoke Orders
For orders that involve custom sizing, specific fabric selections, or custom wood crafting (e.g. customized premium wardrobes, specific dimensions of Teak Wood beds):
- Cancellations are accepted **within 24 hours** of order validation and deposit payment.
- If cancellation is requested **after 24 hours** (after wood cutting or material sourcing has commenced), a partial fee may be deducted from the deposit to cover sourced materials and specialized craftsmanship layout.
3. Direct WhatsApp Alerts
Since we do not charge automated credit cards directly on this catalog site, order cancellations must be requested and confirmed directly via WhatsApp. Once a cancellation is processed, a direct confirmation message will be sent to your WhatsApp number.
